organized and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our
team in Stockton, California. In this long-term contract role, you
will provide vital administrative support to the Business
Development and Recruitment department, ensuring seamless
coordination in recruitment and growth initiatives. This position
offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of
our healthcare network by supporting diverse projects and fostering
strong relationships across the organization. Responsibilities: •
Coordinate and schedule meetings, physician visits, and travel
arrangements to facilitate effective recruitment and development
efforts. • Maintain accurate and organized records for all
physician searches and recruitment activities. • Support resident
retention and recruitment initiatives by planning and executing
events, presentations, and meetings. • Collaborate with team
members to manage multiple priorities and ensure the smooth
execution of ongoing projects. • Serve as a key point of contact
for administrative tasks within the Business Development and
Physician Recruitment department. • Utilize advanced skills in
Microsoft Office and Google applications to enhance efficiency and
productivity. • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed
at expanding the medical network and improving physician
engagement. • Assist with financial and accounting tasks related to
recruitment and business development activities. • Drive diversity
recruitment efforts to support the organization’s commitment to
inclusivity and excellence. • Provide performance management and
employee relations support to ensure a collaborative and effective
work environment. • At least three years of experience in business
development or finance. • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suites and Google applications. • Strong organizational skills and
the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •
Experience in healthcare administration or project management is
preferred. • Familiarity with recruitment processes, particularly
in the physician or detail-oriented fields, is desirable. •
Self-directed and capable of working independently while
contributing to team goals. • Financial and accounting skills to
support business development initiatives. • A commitment to
fostering diversity and inclusivity within recruitment efforts.
