Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide essential support in the educational setting of
Castroville, TX, through travel assignment positions at two
elementary schools. These roles offer valuable experience working
with diverse student populations, managing caseloads, and
collaborating with school teams either in person or via
teletherapy. Assignment Details: Silos Elementary (Feb 1 April 30):
Cover maternity leave as SLP. Supervise an SLP Assistant. Prepare
and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
Serve approximately 95 students. Preference for in-person
candidates; virtual teletherapy options will be considered.
Potranco Elementary (Approx. March 10 May 30): Cover maternity
leave as SLP. Support around 50 students. Opportunity for SLP
Assistant support under supervision; part-time support also
welcomed. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid SLP
credentials with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience with teletherapy services in a school setting. Ability
to supervise an SLP Assistant effectively. Skilled in ARD
preparation and participation. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Flexibility to work in-person with openness
to virtual service delivery. Responsibilities: Provide direct
speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. Collaborate
with educators, parents, and support staff to create individualized
plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
Ensure compliance with relevant educational and therapy guidelines.
Support and mentor SLP Assistants as assigned. These travel
