Representatives provide on-the-ground support by handling in-person
guest interactions, service appointments, and property assessments.
They play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through
timely, hands-on assistance and local task execution.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the
essential functions shown below. This position description is not
intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge or

accurately reflect the principal job elements). Read understand
schedule and daily instructions, report deficiencies and
communicate to Supervisor regularly throughout the day. Performs
Inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final and or
Return). Resolves issues and/or communicates to Synergy Office
defects beyond ability to correct Performs delivery/pickup of
miscellaneous Service Requests Responsible for keys, remotes, FOB’s
issued and or assigned Perform light apartment cleans if necessary
(dust, wipe, sweep, vacuum, mop, trash removal) Performs furniture
inspection and reports furnishings requiring exchange and or
perform minor touch up & tighten of furniture Inspects electronics
& ensures internet modem, cable box and phone are in working order
Operate a company or personal vehicle as required to travel between
properties and complete field tasks, following all safety and
insurance guidelines. Determines if vehicle is safe to operate and
has all of the necessary fluids (gasoline, oil, water, etc.) before
loading the vehicle Maintains a fully stocked Inspection kit
(backpack), and properly use the contents Follows safety
procedures, operates equipment and performs job related duties in a
safe manner Properly documents daily activity with electronic forms
and submits once activity has been completed Sit in on cable tech
appointments ensuring provider successfully installs/troubleshoots
per request successfully May assist in training new hires Assist
with warehouse duties when needed Performs other related duties as
assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Driver’s License in
good standing. Clear verbal communication skills in English are
required Previous experience in a customer service of guest
services position is strongly preferred Ability to use power and
hand-held operated cleaning equipment Ability to understand general
mathematics Ability to follow and exchange verbal communication
with customers, vendors and co-workers Ability to communicate via
cell phone or hand-held devices Ability to utilize GPS or read a
map Must report to work in a clean uniform approved and supplied by
Synergy Corporate Housing Maintains a high level of
professionalism, either working independently and/or within group
setting Ability to work overtime or weekends when required on short
notice at managers’ discretion Synergy Global Housing provides
