• Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
• Proven track record of building and executing complex programs.Responsibilities:
• Independently manage ongoing programs with key customers, Tier 1s, and OEMs.
• Gather and integrate project performance and progress information.
• Prepare detailed status reports which include: latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.
• Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.
• Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs and milestones.Minimum Qualifications:MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Software Engineering Experience:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.Software Engineering Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scalable web applications including front-end and back-end services.
• Design and implement data analytics and reporting tools for R&D as well as business uses.
• Design and implement high-performance, high-availability distributed data pipelines and services in cloud environments.
• Build and maintain distributed systems that can handle large volumes of data in real-time.Senior Machine Learning Infrastructure EngineerExperience Requirements:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on ML infrastructure or distributed systems.Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems for training, inference, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale.
• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines, model versioning systems, and experiment tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML researchers and engineers, to identify bottlenecks and improve platform usability.
