Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN WEST
SACRAMENTO CA, POSITION SUMMARY Performs all duties of shop office
in an accurate and efficient manner to support our mechanics,
supervisors, and our customers by performing the following duties.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an

to perform the essential functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process
mechanic labor in automated time system. Type quotes, memos, and
letters. Answer Service department telephones and direct calls.
Input and update standard job system. Process warranty including
handling all reports. Research repair information for customers,
mechanics, and other department employees. Handle all service mail
including delivery and pick-up. Process purchase orders. Oversee
the day-to-day operations of the Service offices for division.
Maintain and update Service Procedure Manual and Standards of
Performance. Maintain sell rates for individual divisions ensuring
accuracy and timeliness. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
Accurate - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve
a problem. Assertiveness - Ability to act in a self-confident
manner to facilitate completion of a work assignment or to defend a
position or idea. Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the
customers' needs while following company procedures. Detail
Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a
project or task. Organized - Possessing the trait of being
organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal
proactively with work-related problems. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or five
years related experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Experience in the automotive, construction, or
industrial work sector is a plus. SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to
read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write
routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
after groups of customers or employees of this organization.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. Ability to define
problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid
conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical
instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract and concrete variables. Ability to conduct oneself in a
manner that is professional and business-like at all times. Must
have experience with computers. Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Lotus Notes or equivalent
e-mail server. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have a
valid California driver’s license and a clean DMV report. PHYSICAL

work orders. COMPENSATION Wage Range $22 to $29 Hourly Wage depends
on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of
