We help customers solve yield, performance, quality, and reliability issues across the semiconductor value chain.Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, including assessing requirements, identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Engage with stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, lead supplier development, and drive cost and lead time reductions.
• Develop market-based strategies, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions, ensuring cost targets and material requirements are met.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years operational experience, with at least 5 years in supply chain management.
  • Strong technical, business, and negotiation skills; proficient with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
