You will oversee and complete the research and completion of various corporate tax returns with a goal of minimizing the clients tax liability through sound application of laws, regulations and tax effect accounting know-how. You will also assist with various tax audits and respond to notices from tax authorities for their diverse client base within the technology, construction, manufacturing and healthcare industry. Prior industry experience will be beneficial. This substantive tax research of requisite tax laws and regulations will require strong analytical techniques and an ability to communicate your findings and advice to various internal and external stake-holder groups.
