Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: MedSurg/Tele Float Pool - Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights; 2 weekends per 4 weeks; 2 out of 3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required for submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Cerner experience Job Description: - Work within a Level II facility. - Participate in a unit-specific orientation lasting 12 hours. - Utilize Cerner charting system for documenting patient care. - Flexible schedule required; cannot accommodate set schedules. - Responsible for floating to multiple floors including 4th floor telemetry and 5th, 6th, 7th floor MedSurg Telemetry. - The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts in a 13-week assignment. - Engage in zoom interviews with management if recommended after profile review. - Comply with policies regarding two major holidays. - Perform duties in an acute care setting while collaborating with the medical team. - Maintain necessary certifications and knowledge for effective patient care and management.
