  • Conduct assessments to determine individual therapeutic needs.
  • Develop and implement goal-driven, therapeutic recreation programs tailored to inmate populations.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, stress reduction, and social engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient participation, progress, and treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. -Nightingale's List Job ID.
