Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Level 3 NICU Experience License:
Required Certifications: NRP, BCLS Must-Have: Level 3 NICU
experience, minimum 2 years California RN License Description: We
are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU
experience. California RN license is required for this position.
Skills necessary for consideration include NRP and BCLS
certifications. The unit features 51 beds and has a staff of 100.
California state law mandates patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3.
Procedures routinely performed in the unit include intubation,
central lines, PDA ligation, and chest tubes. Ideal candidates
should be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. The
dress code requires scrub attire only. The unit actively
