Each discipline is staffed by various licensed professionals and therapy aides. Shifts are typically 10 hours, but there is flexibility for 8-hour schedules. Floating between inpatient and outpatient settings is required. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with a focus on orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. Inpatient therapists also manage ventilation patients and those requiring wound care. Therapists will address diverse diagnoses, including pediatric and geriatric conditions.
