Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position Overview We are seeking a
licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment
in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The PTA will work under the
supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve
mobility, strength, and functional independence through
individualized therapy programs. Key Responsibilities Assist in
implementing physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the
Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training,
and functional mobility training Monitor patient progress and
report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate
patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with
facility standards Ensure patient safety and adherence to
rehabilitation protocols Required Qualifications Active state
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license (must be current) Minimum
1 year of experience as a PTA Experience in a Skilled Nursing
Facility preferred Strong communication and patient care skills
