Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA, for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing patient scheduling, managing phone communications, and coordinating care to ensure a positive patient experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, understanding and applying medical terminology, and assisting with patient inquiries to provide excellent service and support. Qualifications Strong skills in appointment scheduling and care coordination Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective patient communication Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical administration or related fields are a plus
