Family Medicine Physician Location: Danville, California (East
Bay - San Francisco Bay Area) Practice: Blackhawk Medical Group
(Part of BASS Medical Group) Schedule: Flexible Part-Time or
Full-Time options available. Clinic hours Monday-Friday; no

patterns. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care
to patients within our main office. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive wellness and chronic
disease management. Utilize our internal walk-in clinicprimarily
staffed by experienced advanced practitionersto provide your
patients with seamless immediate care services. Maintain accurate
documentation while benefiting from the support of dedicated
scribes. Commit to planting roots in the Danville community and
contributing to a long-term practice legacy. Qualifications: Board
certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Active California
medical license (or the ability to obtain one). A desire for
long-term practice stability and a collaborative, team-oriented
mindset. Strong clinical skills with a focus on building lasting
patient relationships. Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California,
Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for
this role is $275,000 to $300,000 in base pay and exclusive of any
bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based
on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic
