Job Description Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Soledad, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: RN Registered Nurse - Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. - Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate findings to physicians. - Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans. - Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and record information in patient charts. - Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders. - Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds. - Provide immediate medical care in emergencies. - Supervise and train nursing assistants.
