What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse and active population Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, goal-driven plans of care Integrate rehabilitation and performance principles to support long-term success Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, performance coaches, and medical professionals Progress through KIMEU, our internal education ecosystem, toward becoming a KIME-Certified High Performance Sports Medicine Specialist Contribute to a culture that values excellence, accountability, and trust Our Standards & Values At KIME, culture is operational — not aspirational. Required Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California PT, MPT, or DPT degree Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with patients and teammates A patient-first mindset paired with personal accountability Encouraged (Not Required) Background in athletics, coaching, or performance training Certifications such as CSCS, NSCA, PES, ACSM, or equivalent.
