Meta is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and impactful environment. The ideal candidate will have expert assessment of different types of risk, and bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.Employee Relations Business Partner ResponsibilitiesProvide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organizationProactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsTriage employee relations casework, identifying potential solutions to address different case types and propose appropriate next steps as the subject matter expertProvide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive workHelp balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectivesHelp design and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysisIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the businessPartner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and executionPlan, execute, and evaluates complex assignments that have an impact in region or with the clients supportedParticipate as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organizationBuild collaborative and productive working relationshipsLead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibilityBuilds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well)Actively involved in interviewing and on-boarding new employeesMinimum QualificationsDemonstrates project management, change management, and experience driving programs independentlyDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assisting risk relative to the businessExperience helping global and/or matrix organizations scaleExperience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive actionExperience managing an average case volume of 15 or more cases at any given timeEffective communication and problem solving skills7+ years experience in an Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roleDemonstrates empathy and experience driving impactful workPreferred QualificationsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
