Job Description Job Description Precast Fabricator - Team 360 Staffing Location: Dixon, CA, 95620, USA. Salary range: 21 USD - 22 USD per hour. Position Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities ? Prepare, assemble, and align concrete forms for casting. ? Measure, cut, and transport foam billets according to specifications. ? Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete to required standards, embedding rebar, mesh, and PVC as needed. ? Perform patching, joint-cutting, and sealing on cured concrete modules. ? Operate saws, boring machines, and sanders to cut and shape lumber, fiberglass, UHMW, and other dock materials. ? Safely operate a forklift to move forms, materials, and finished products. ? Use hand and power tools proficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills ? Proven experience in concrete work, precast fabrication, or a related manufacturing field. ? Ability to operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely. ? Familiarity with hand and power tools, measuring devices, and basic math. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shop drawings and verbal/written instructions. ? Physical stamina to lift, move materials, and stand for extended periods. ? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive tasks. ? Use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) is required.
