Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager with 3-5 years of program management experience using formal methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Program Manager and Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams working on multiple projects and perform effectively in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide business process and technical expertise to the team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues.
• Create project plans that include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
• Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute minutes for Scrum/program meetings.
• Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope, and watching for potential roadblocks.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and work on removing barriers experienced by the team.
• Report and communicate day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
• Produce reports for leadership level on day-to-day task activities.Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Jira, SP & Wiki, and MS Office.
• CSM Certification is a must.
• Technical background preferred; worked as a Business Analyst/Engineer.
• Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Relationship-driven with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
• Creative and proactive problem solver.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills.
