A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Senior IS Technician (Field Technician). The Senior IS Technician will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Compensation: The pay for this position is $23.96 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Mileage reimbursement available weekly at CVS reimbursement rate Highlights: This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm , with occasional weekends or holidays as needed Location: Modesto, Turlock & Merced, CA area – this is not a remote role ; daily travel between store locations is required MVR background check is required Responsibilities: Assist in service calls and install computer and printer hardware across multiple CVS locations in the region Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems Provide staging, configuration, QA, and bench repair of CVS store hardware Process warranty claims and refurbish returned equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and production documentation Lift, move, and handle IT hardware safely, with frequent walking and standing Collaborate with CVS FTS staff to ensure successful field operations and customer satisfaction Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ; must drive to various store locations daily Must be able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical demands of hardware installation and movement Previous experience with hardware repair and basic IT support preferred Must be able to work independently, complete paperwork, and provide professional customer service Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule Strong attention to detail , good mechanical aptitude, and ability to multitask Willingness to be trained in CVS-specific procedures and tools Education: Preferred: 2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage 586-473-6098 , or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com .
