equity and real growth upside. Role Summary Define architecture,
standards, and deliver solutions end to end. This is a hybrid,
generalist role that blends core platform design and engineering
with hands-on, customer-facing delivery. What You Will Bring 4
years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6–10), with
strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills S/4HANA migration
experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData Solid
NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning,
transport strategy, performance tuning SAP BTP familiarity with CAP
on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise Ability to
translate business workflows into scalable, secure, reliable
systems Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI
to development, testing, data, and support Ownership mentality,
crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent
information Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn
