Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management,
creating enterprise software products or platforms. 2 years of
experience in cybersecurity, Cloud Security or Identity and Access
Management (IAM). Experience with go-to-market strategy and design
discussions. Preferred qualifications: Experience working
cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as engineering,
product marketing, and UX/UI to balance trade-offs and deliver
solutions. Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical
applications. Track record of separately leading complex, technical
product initiatives from conception to launch. Understanding of
Agentic concepts. Strong organizational, critical thinking,
prioritization and communication skills. About the job At Google,

Manager on the Google Cloud Security team, you will drive the
roadmap and execution for key features within our Security and
Identity platforms. You will collaborate closely with Engineering,
UX, and Go-to-Market teams to build AI-ready, enterprise-grade

range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term goal for
Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on
opportunities in Security, Identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the
platform to be AI-ready. Collaborate with engineering to establish
and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the
business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity
and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective
collaboration with strategic external partners. Partner effectively
with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the
field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate
business growth and adoption.
