Description

-Deal with a wide range of labor law issues

-National Labor Relations Board, California Agricultural Labor Relations Board, Cal/OSHA

-Courtroom and administrative

- Direct client interaction with some of the biggest names in agriculture

Requirements

-3-5 years' experience

-Labor law experience ideal

- Experience handling all aspects of discovery, taking/defending depositions, pleadings, attending hearings, drafting/responding to motions

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Board certified
