Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments Move materials to designated storage or production areas Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipping or internal use Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to required weight limits) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Company Description About BCforward: Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
