Schedule & Pay Integrity Trade Services is looking for a Quality
Control Technician to start immediately. Location: Greenfield, IN
Start time: 3:30 AM Shift length: 10–12 hours Starting pay:
$19.50/hour Hours: Typically 40 hours per week with overtime Some
Saturdays may be required Position Summary The Quality Control
Technician plays a critical role within the Quality Assurance
System, ensuring manufactured concrete products meet company
specifications and industry standards. This position is responsible
for accurate inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting to
support consistent product quality. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections to verify dimensional
and aesthetic compliance with industry tolerances Test concrete to
ensure compliance with company and industry design specifications
Conduct concrete strength testing Complete inspection and testing
reports accurately and submit them in a timely manner Communicate
effectively with team members and all levels of management Assist
with identifying, developing, and implementing production and
quality improvements Obtain and maintain ACI Level 1 Certification
Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret
blueprints Proficient in using and reading a measuring tape Basic
math skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Reliable
attendance history Flexibility with start times Physical
Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50
lbs Ability to climb onto and down from equipment Ability to climb
stairs and ladders and walk extended distances in an industrial
environment Ability to work occasionally outdoors in varying
conditions, including heat, humidity, inclement weather, and
