Job Description:
Overview
The Courtesy Clerk is responsible for customer grocery carry-out,
assisting the customer in locating merchandise items throughout the
store, ensuring orders are complete, providing the customer with a
"positive last impression" and thanks for shopping at Raley's.
Responsibilities
Examples of duties include but are not limited to: bags customers'
groceries in a neat, orderly fashion; help customers to their cars
with their groceries; always maintains a cheerful, helpful attitude
toward customers and other employees; fill bags in the checkstands;
maintains cleanliness of store and restrooms; verifies prices for
cashiers; collect shopping carts from the parking lot; hangs window
and sale signs; assists with "go backs" and accompanying customers
to locate merchandise items.
Qualifications
MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALID WORK PERMIT
