**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Performs EKGs, signal average EKG, signal average EKG, treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring and scanning on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient per physician requires and to do related duties. Learns to perform electroencephalographs (EEG).

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Successful completion of the Basic EKG class

+ Must possess and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ One (1) year experience in a hospital or medical environment with major duties involving direct patient contact and preferably some familiarity with EKG monitoring systems. BLS
