Job Description:

Pay Range: $19.60 to $23.00 per hour. As the internal fuel card administrator, create, replace and keep track of fuel cards using Gasboy System. Also responsible for Gasboy fuel consumption reporting and truck shop utilization in SAP system.Order fuel as needed for both Livingston and Indiana shops.Safety coordinator - set up meetings and takes minutes for the truck shop.Responsible for the PM Scheduling and works closely with Foremen to send accurate reports to managers.Process all purchase orders for commercial repairs and P-Card usage before period close.Research and resolve parked invoices report weekly.Perform all clerical duties for truck shop to include repair order processing. Additional responsibilities from Turlock satellite shop.Process all shop time cards weeklyAssist office supervisor in all aspects of truck shop accounting to include P&L reporting and all analytical support to Fleet Maintenance Manager and Shop forepersonsOther duties as assigned 3 to 5 years office experience with accounting background preferred. SAP experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Able to work independently.  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills.
