Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) RolesEnjoy low child-to-clinician ratios, a consistent team of RBTs to work with, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career.Our therapists provide 1:1 ABA therapy as part of an energetic and diverse team.At Action Behavior Centers, each team is structured with one BCBA supervisor and nine RBTs who implement lesson plans and oversee the progress of eight children. This caseload is much smaller than other ABA therapy centers!
