As a Fabricator/Machine Operator you will:

Learn to operate metal fabrication machinery, including pipe plasma cutter, plasma torch table, and commercial size saws.
Read and understand basic measuring tools.
Interpret manufacturing drawings/prints.
Measure and cut metal materials to specified dimensions.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects.
Follow established procedures and protocols in the metal fabrication process.
Understand and adhere to the production schedule.
Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and complying with safety and quality standards.
Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut and shape metal components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting gas pressure, amperage, and speed settings
Inspect raw materials and finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to tolerances
Perform routine maintenance on plasma cutting machines and related equipment
Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety procedures and wearing required

This is a full time opportunity. Full Time, Monday-Friday Shift varies - Overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a group environment.
Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with ease of movement in a fast-paced environment.
Engage in repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push, and pull without difficulties.
Stand on feet during work shift and effectively communicate issues.

Pay Rate: $20.00- $24.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
