• Shape Zoom AI's future through groundbreaking research. Incubate AI models, algorithms, and techniques for next-generation business applications by collaborating with experienced researchers and engineers.

• The AI incubation team is dedicated to incubating AI breakthroughs, including foundational AI techniques and AI-native applications that will significantly enhance work productivity.
• Develop foundational techniques for AGI, including new model structures, optimization techniques, and distributed learning algorithms.
• Create game-changing AI applications with potential for substantial business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve unique product challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in team discussions and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to research papers for conferences and journals to foster growth in the AI research community.
• Receive mentorship and provide insights to drive innovation alongside experienced researchers and team members.What we're looking for:
  • Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Intelligent Information Systems, or a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in a related occupation or role.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in AI research or engineering practice in large-scale distributed systems.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in developing distributed deep learning training systems.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in optimizing the efficiency and robustness of distributed training systems.
  • Must have 1 year of experience with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or CUDA, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Transformers, and Deepspeed.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in Python coding.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in developing new deep learning models to solve product problems.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in optimizing model parameters for better accuracy.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in building AI solutions with deep learning models.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $200,000.00Maximum: $259,500.00In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom considers total direct compensation, including bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay depends on factors like qualifications and experience, and may vary by location.Ways of Working: Our hybrid approach centers around offices and remote work environments.
