Job SummaryThe Warehouse Technician's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the warehouse operations including, inventory organization, equipment, appearance and staging area.Essential Duties And Responsibilities* Maintain general warehouse appearance including inside and outside the building* Maintain inventory numbers accurately for daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts* Responsible for pulling products and preparing the loads for each order consistently* Assist Warehouse Manager by informing when products are low and disposing of damaged inventory safely as required* Maintains forklift maintenance and service schedule* Assist Warehouse Manager in monitoring mileage and required service on delivery vehicles* Perform other duties as assignedRequirementsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES* Ability to operate a forklift* Knowledge of agriculture fertilizer and pesticide * Must possess basic math skills including, but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication and division* Valid Driver's License* High School Diploma or equivalent* Previous industry experience is preferred * Good verbal and written communication skills* Good attention to detailEducation And Experience* High School Diploma or equivalent* Previous industry experience is preferred Physical Requirements* Sitting and/or standing, walking, climbing stairs * Twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, grasping, and reaching * Ability to lift up to 80lbs BenefitsSick leave
