Some roles may include commission or bonus earnings based on the compensation plan.DescriptionPlans, evaluates, and monitors the delivery of risk control services for a book of business to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Assesses customer risk for underwriting and risk management. Develops relationships with customers, partners, and peers to coordinate service programs. Handles special customer situations and completes specialized reports. Performs prospecting and service work as needed.Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors service commitments for customers to ensure delivery and meet expectations. Evaluates customer prospects, workloads, and regional capacity.
• Creates service plans with metrics and goals to track progress in reducing losses and demonstrating value. Monitors service levels and stewardship.
• Supports business acquisition and retention by providing consultation and analysis. Updates teams on significant customer changes. Participates in prospecting and developing partnerships.
• Evaluates resource use, service quality, productivity, and other indicators. Identifies opportunities for improvement and designs projects to enhance results.
• Provides loss source analyses, products, and training.
• Fulfills risk assessment and service requirements.
• Trains employees and designs customer training programs, making presentations as needed.Qualifications
  • Leadership, planning, relationship building, consulting, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention principles and core service capabilities.
  • Proficiency with proprietary software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience, and professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
