Associate Location Manager Are you seeking a meaningful

day-to-day operations of a Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services
(CFCS) location You will lead the sales team and motivate them to
broaden community impact by educating on our pre-need ministry You
will ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful,
and professional manner You will exhibit the values of the Catholic

in sales management * Team development experience * Proven record
of meeting or exceeding revenue goals * Experience coaching direct
reports and motivating teams to achieve results * Knowledge of
Catholic rituals and traditions * Ability to prepare, forecast, and
analyze budgets/financial reports * Capability of overseeing
multiple functional areas * Strong interpersonal and communication
skills * Excellent written and verbal skills * Proficient in the
use of computers, software, and technology
