Valent U.S.A. is looking for a Sustainable Solutions Team Lead
located in California. The Regional Sales Manager serves as a
strategic leader focused on the expansion of our sustainable
solutions footprint in the West. This individual will lead a team
of Sustainable Solutions Sales Specialists to deliver growth,
provide technical leadership, and build deep relationships with key
growers and influencers. The role requires a balance of people
leadership, strategic market analysis, and a deep understanding of
the agronomic needs of the Western US specialty grower. Principal
Responsibilities: Lead team of sustainable sales specialists,
fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and
technical expertise. Set clear KPI’s and SMART goals aligned with
the broader Western business unit strategy to ensure regional
targets are met or exceeded. Manage regional budget and deploy
sales team effectively across high-opportunity areas. Develop and
execute a multi-year sales strategy for the region that aligns with
the Sustainable Solutions Business Unit’s growth roadmap. Develop
professional relationship with Regional Manager, Regional Account
Managers and Field Market Development personnel to utilize the
expertise of sales and technical teams to support the grower
influence and education of Sustainable Solution products. Work with
Sustainable Solutions Sales Specialists to create and execute
sustainable solution sales growth plans. Monitor market trends,
regulatory shifts, and competitor activity in the biorational
space. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify
gaps in the market and create pull-through demand for the
sustainable solutions portfolio. Discover new market fits for
product usage. Guide the team in developing value-based selling
tools that demonstrate the economic and environmental ROI of
sustainable solutions to end-users. Qualifications: BA/BS, MBA or
equivalent, with 7-10 years of related experience Proven track
record in sales leadership, specifically within the Western US
specialty market. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to write and
communicate clearly via comprehensive reports, with accuracy and
across a broad audience. Strong business planning skills with a
solid understanding of strategic marketing principles, business
planning, and demand generation. Proven sales track record of
creating demand through non-price value creation Physical Demands

agricultural crop field, assist in putting out demonstration plots,

salary for this position ranges from: $151,800 to $215,100 .
Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and
other relevant factors. Incentives: All full-time employees are
