Job DescriptionReady for a DIFFERENT approach?...This is somewhat the opposite of traditional Life Insurance Sales, in a good way! This does take a little time to build, but lasts a LONG time (solid residuals)! This is a unique commission only job opportunity.We start with what people want to focus on already (so less "selling" is involved), which is their OWN money & retirement.** You MUST have a Life Insurance License in the state you reside in order to "werk" with us! **The first order of business is to assist K-12 teachers & educators with retirement planning by helping them set up a simple annuity that they will contribute to regularly through payroll deduction. Something that helps them prepare for their future, while not breaking the bank currently.Then, we/you help these folks (who are now clients) with other life needs such as Life Insurance/Living Benefits and possible rollovers.Since we start with annuities, the income does take a little time to build up for you... but becomes VERY consistent. So, we are very upfront that there is a ramp up time before agents begin to make full time income.Another great perk of this sales opportunity, is that we typically will just hire ONE or TWO agents for a certain area, and help you build that territory. So you will not have to worry about competing with other agents within our company!This is a fantastic role for people who enjoy working close to home, building relationships and serving the educator market. We build relationships in the schools and districts we are in... And we stay long term in them, so you can expect stability, referrals, and continuous opportunities to help folks right where you are planted. This will be more of a full scale daytime sales role where initial appointments will be on campus of the schools we get you in.We also conduct a live, interactive 2 week (10 business days) training via video conference to thoroughly educate and prepare you for this unique sales adventure before going into the field. Plus, you will have a direct field training manager who lives locally, to personally go out with you when setting your first luncheons all the way to writing your first few pieces of business.Not only that...But we have recently introduced a highly sought after "Lead Program":After you prove yourself with some field experience in generating appointments and sales through our proven luncheon model - you will then have access to our exclusive leads to really help you keep sales and income consistent!We like to "werk with the willing", and our lead program will save you time and frustration in getting in front of the RIGHT prospects quickly and consistently.In all honesty, this is a fantastic way to build renewals and actually have consistency in an insurance business.
