Job Description Job Description Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Hybrid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers a structured blend of in-person clinic care and remote telemedicine services, allowing flexibility while maintaining continuity of care within an established outpatient setting. You will be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering high-quality primary care without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary range: $155,000 – $185,000 Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling No call and no weekend requirements Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Malpractice coverage with tail included Generous PTO and CME allowance Strong clinical and administrative support within a team-based care model Position Expectations Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic strongly preferred Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including designated administrative time Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours Proficiency managing EMR workflows, including in-basket responsibilities (patient messages, lab review, medication refills, and follow-up care coordination) EPIC EMR experience highly preferred Comfort delivering both in-person and telemedicine care Commitment to culturally responsive care in a diverse, multilingual patient population Bilingual skills (Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, Spanish, or other languages) highly valued Requirements Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license 1–2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred Strong communication, efficiency, and team-based care skills Comfortable practicing within a structured productivity-based outpatient environment Why Sacramento?
